Our transfer service is a personalized service. Our driver will pick you up at arrivals at the airport, he will be carrying a sign with your name and and the company’s logo on it and he will drive you directly to (…) where you will be welcomed by our staff. This service is NOT available in Granada.
Check in time is 16:00 PM and check out is at 12:00 PM.
If you arrive before 16:00 and your room/flat is not ready for you to check in, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange for you to leave your luggage with our staff team while we get your accommodation ready.
Yes, of course you can. We offer you the option to check out later (at 14:00 PM) free of charge as long as you REQUEST this in advance and subject to AVAILABILITY of accommodation. We aim to satisfy our customers’ needs in the best possible way. If it was not possible to check out later, you will have the option to leave your luggage with us for however long you need to whenever this is possible.
Absolutely. The whole payment process by credit/debit card is carried out through an online banking system which guarantees that the transaction is completely safe. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Maestro.

Due to reasons related to possible allergic reactions, pets are NOT allowed in our accommodations with the exception of service dogs as required by the Spanish legislation. In this case, an additional 65 € cleaning fee will be applied in order to sanitize the accommodation.
All of our accommodation are fully equipped with Wi-Fi. Some of our accommodation has 4G Internet service instead of ADSL due to the fact that its location does not allow for traditional Internet access. In these cases, the Internet service will have a data upload and download limit per month depending on the device you are using. This service is free of charge. You will only need to ask for the password at the time of check in.
Yes, we have a limited amount of cots, baby chairs and baby bathtubs which you must request IN ADVANCE. The price for the cot is 7 € per night, a baby chair and bathtub are included in the price if these are available.

Sometimes it is possible to check in earlier than check in time, although this will depend on room availability in the hotel and it cannot be guaranteed, since whether we can provide this option or not depends on the previous check out of your accommodation. However, if you would like to make sure that your room is ready for you as soon as you arrive, you can have your accommodation booked from the night before your arrival.
